Once your plushie bag ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect address information.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
For lost packages, please reach out to our support team and we’ll work with the carrier to find a solution.
